Now i am eating  250 calories of a healthy mix of proteins, whole grains. Also sometimes a slice of bread with peanut butter on it and also apple is well. These keep my hunger down so I snack less throughout the day.

Five Minutes Exercises

I try to exercise  whenever possible, by jumping or crunches during tv commercials or dancing while doing the dishes. This burns extra calories and keeps me from mindlessly munching in front of the TV. Now my clothes fit better, and I’m tighter than ever.

Yoga

Yoga has become the best of my relationship with food and my body. From practicing it several times a week, I am now more in touch with my hunger cues-so I eat intuitively and stop when I’m full. Also my cellulite is vanished!
